Description:

Maritime Place is a twelve-storey mixed-use development and the first residential building in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. It delivers 334 apartments across floors three to twelve, above roughly 3,428 m² of retail and commercial space on the ground, first and second floors. Positioned as an integrated urban community hub, the building offers resident amenities including co-working spaces, a fitness centre, a rooftop pool and landscaped communal areas, with panoramic views toward Table Mountain and the harbour. Construction ran from February 2025 to July 2026.
